A native of Toronto, Rohan brings a truly international flavour from his past experiences living in Singapore, England, and India (in case you're getting suspicious, Canada is still his home). He plans to major in Economics and obtain a Language Certificate in Mandarin Chinese. In his free time, Rohan enjoys playing badminton, refining his questionable hip-hop skills, watching comedy and horror movies, and eating high-quality sushi. Also, Rohan enjoys playing the flute. Hello fellow and honorary Canadians, this year I will be serving you as Minister of Public Works and Government Services. When I'm not out and about actively recruiting new members, composing Canadian-English emails, and boasting about poutine, I can be found making runs to fro-yo, fro-gro, and piled under a bunch of books at Fisher-Bennett. I'm really excited about the prospect of expanding our Canadian family with new members and young alum this year.

Hello all. I'm from Bridgewater, on the South Shore of Nova Scotia, about 20 minutes from the world-famous Lunenburg, and 30 minutes from the beach. I've spent my entire life in small-town Canada (first in Sackville, NB) and I've come to enjoy the many wonderful aspects of Canadian life, including Tim Horton's, temperatures in Celsius, and above all else, constant access to hockey. Through my dad, I've inherited an Acadian heritage and a wonderfully misleading French name, though I have learned French quite well via French Immersion. I also have strong interests in history and politics.

Bonjour à tous. Je viens de Bridgewater, qui se situe sur la rive sud de la Nouvelle-Écosse. C'est à peu près une vingtaine de minutes jusqu'au ville renommée de Lunenburg, puis une trentaine de minutes jusqu'au plage. J'ai habité toute ma vie dans une petite ville Canadienne (premièrement en Sackville, NB) et cela m'a fait apprécier tous les aspects de la vie Canadienne, incluant Tim Hortons, la température représenté en degrés Celsius, et avant tout, l'accès constant au Hockey. Du côté paternel, je suis Acadien, mais j'ai appris parler le Français en suivant l'Immersion Française. J'aime aussi les politiques et l'histoire.

Hi! I am currently a sophomore studying Biology and Finance in the Life Sciences and Management program. I’m from Ottawa, where I was exposed to beavertails, the Mounties, wild Canada Day celebrations, and all other things quintessentially Canadian while growing up. I enjoy all activities related to my intended majors as well as cooking, gardening, and snowboarding in the winter.

I'm a junior in the College, hailing from Sarnia, Ontario. I intend on majoring in Biology and Economics, and I also plan on marrying a hockey player and living somewhere tropical. My favorite subjects include Visual Arts, Religion and Philosophy, and it's a pity that I can't make a living out of these. I live off of Stride gum in Always Mandarin, NoDoz caffeine pills, poutine, and dark chocolate. My favorite musicians include Michael Buble, Lenka, Chairlift, Basshunter, and John Mayer. When I'm not buried under calculus homework, you can find me eating, ice-skating, and watching re-runs of The Office.

I am currently studying bioengineering at Penn. I am from London, ON, and previously lived in Windsor, ON as well as various states in the U.S. In my free time, I enjoy eating, sleeping, playing foosball, and squirrel-watching. I am a junior in the college with a major in biology and minors in chemistry and French. I am from Mississauga, Ontario, but was born in Lagos, Nigeria. I enjoy watching and talking (or debating) about soccer, particularly English and Spanish club soccer. I also like sandwiches, comedies, reading, traveling and Tim Hortons. Go Canada!

I recently graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences with a minor in Music and major in Psychology, with a focus on the biological mechanisms of human behaviour. Besides The Canadian Club, I am also a tutor in the West Philly Tutoring Program, a volunteer at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania, and a mentor in the International Mentoring Program. During my free time, I enjoy exploring Philly's unique South Street and Old City.

Hi everyone! I'm a freshman in the College hailing proudly from Edmonton, the northernmost metropolis in North America. Born and raised on the prairies, my hobbies included gazing across fields of canola, trekking through ravines, inhaling the pristine air... and shopping at our giant mall. I feel privileged and excited to be serving the Canadian community at Penn. Despite being a diverse group, we are bonded by the mutual experience that is being Canadian.

Hello everyone. I am a Wharton freshman and a proud Canadian born and raised in the city of Thunder Bay, ON on the shores of Lake Superior. Aside from using the metric system and placing a strong emphasis on the ou’s in words, I speak French, love spending my summers at the lake, and enjoy playing hockey and skiing. I’m really looking forward to a great year at Penn and hoping that Tim Horton’s establishes a franchise on campus sometime soon.
