If you would like to be able to show for the 2011-2012 Season, you must register with the IHSA. The registration cost is $30 for the year. Do not fill out this form until you are told to do so by one of the team captains. You cannot fill out this form until you have paid the registration fee to the team. We will let you know how to pay the fee and when to fill out the form, which you can then do following these directions.

1) Fill out the IHSA form online by logging onto https://members.ihsainc.com/Account/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f once you have paid your registration fee.
2) If you are not an IHSA member yet, click on the link for new riders. If you have shown with the IHSA before, log in to the website using the username and password that you originally used to set up your account.
3) Fill in the form according to the website's directions.
4) To show in the IHSA, you need to be a member of both USEF and USHJA. There is a registration fee of $15. You will be prompted when registering with the IHSA for your USEF/USHJA membership number. If you do not have one already, then follow the directions on the website and pay the fee to receive your number. Below you will find more detailed directions regarding USEF registration.

USEF/USHJA Directions

If you are ALREADY a 2011 member of USEF/USHJA, then you only need to enter your membership number. You DO NOT need to sign up for a new COLLEGIATE/IHSA membership! REMEMBER, ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP ONLY COVERS 2011 - so existing members will need to renew for 2012. You can sign up for the 2012 USEF/USHJA COLLEGIATE membership 2 ways:
1) During the process on the IHSA website as you renew your membership or sign up as a new rider for this year,
-- Go directly to www.ushja.org
-- On top left side of page select "Memberships", on the next page, select "Collegiate memberships"
-- On the next page under "Collegiate memberships", in the first paragraph, you can either print a .pdf copy of the membership form (attached for your convenience) and complete with the rider's information and membership number.

2) IF you are NOT a current member of USEF/USHJA, they can select that link. You will be taken to the USEF website to register for a number (this is NOT the same as applying for or paying for an "ACTIVE" USEF number, it is simply to supply a membership number for purposes of the COLLEGIATE USHJA registration). (**It is our understanding that if a rider already has an INACTIVE USEF membership number, they CAN use this number to register for the USHJA and NOT have to obtain a new number). Complete the USHJA Collegiate membership application with your USEF/USHJA #.
