Once you have joined the team you will need to fill out the Penn Rec Waiver to be allowed to participate in team activities.
To do so, please follow the directions provided below. Only follow these directions if the captains have specifically told you to do so.

2) Print the pdf file and fill out the form
3) Submit your completed form to the Equestrian Team mailbox in Pottruck
