Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog follows the adventures of Dr. Horrible, the aspiring supervillain alter ego of Billy, as he struggles to prove his worth to the Evil League of Evil and, ultimately, overthrow the flawed system that is society. Along the way, he must dodge the efforts of his rival Captain Hammer to foil him and try to win over Penny, the optimistic advocate of the homeless and the girl of his dreams.  Dr. Horrible's endearing blunders make us reconsider how we perceive our heroes and our symbols of evil. By choosing the funny, nerdy, and sympathetic Billy as the protagonist and pitting him against the shallow, brutish and abusive “hero” Captain Hammer, Dr. Horrible inverts the typical hero/arch-villain mold.  Join us for an innovative adaptation of the much beloved webisode featuring the newest form of mass communication: the videoblog.
