Meetings

A great way to become involved is by attending meetings. General Body meetings for all members are held a couple of times during each semester, and Executive Board meetings are held weekly. Anyone is welcome to attend these meetings. For information on meeting times, dates, and location, check the Announcements page.

Builds

Every semester, our chapter participates in multiple builds held through both Habitat Philly and Salem County Habitat. Sign ups for the builds are coordinated through the Habitat listserv, which follows a general priority system. Once general body members receive an email about upcoming builds, interested individuals should email back indicating their interest to participate to penn.habitatforhumanity@gmail.com. Committees

A great way for general body members to get more involved with the chapter is through the chapter's three committees:
  • Fundraising Committee
  • Education Committee  
  • Coalition Committee
Each committee is headed by its respective chair(s) and provides a great opportunity for general body members to contribute even more to Habitat's philanthropic mission. Applications for committees are sent out early each semester, and both returning and new members are encouraged to apply.
