iNtuitons Board of Governors

The iNtuitons Board of Governors makes all decisions regarding the selection of shows and directors for each season. Each member of the board has a specific role within the group, and while the chair holds final say in all matters, most choices are made based on the collective feelings of the board. The positions held are the following:

• Chair:  presides over all meetings, sets the agenda for the group, ultimately responsible for the well being of the group
• Vice Chair:  provides support for the chair in all matters, including the running of meetings when the Chair is unable to attend
• Treasurer:  controls and allocates all funding for the group
• Secretary:  takes minutes at all meetings
• Technical Director:  handles all technical aspects of production for the shows, and is the person to whom technical designers report
• Community Liaison:  represents iNtuitons in the greater Philadelphia area, working to generate interest among audiences outside the Penn community. Also coordinates social events for each production's staff
• PAC/TAC-e Representative:  to attend PAC and TAC-e meetings
• Webmaster:  manage the online presence of iNtuitons
• General Board Members:  round out the board by providing assistance in various areas as needed
