IRUSA is a student-run organization with three objectives; first, to organize activities that promote the study of international relations at Penn; second, to sponsor activities that will create an atmosphere on campus conducive to providing opportunities for students interested in international relations to come together and share their ideas and interests; and third, to serve as a liason between the administration and faculty and the members of IRUSA.
That being said, in addition to the various speaker, career, alumni, and social events that you will be able to partake in, there are many opportunities for you to become an involved IRUSA member. Several committees work to organize such events and we would love for you to join one or several committees to contribute to making IRUSA as successful as possible.
