Mindfulness @ Penn
Welcome to the Mindfulness @ Penn website. M@P is the Penn Undergraduate and Graduate student run organization created with the purpose of providing a safe space for members of the Penn community who wish to start, build or renew a mindfulness meditation practice. We hope to build a community on Pennís campus where all are invited to learn and experience the benefits of a regular mindfulness practice.
Our group is not affiliated with any religion. Membership in M@P is
free and open to all Penn students.
M@P meets every Wednesday
4:00pm - 4:15pm: Introductions & Social Gathering Time
4:15pm - 5:00pm: Guided Practice - Sitting Mindfulness Meditation
5:00pm - 5:15pm: Social Gathering Time
5:15pm - 5:30pm: Clean-up.
