The Nominations & Elections Committee (NEC) is the branch of undergraduate student government responsible for the administration of student government elections, the nomination of undergraduate students to serve on University Council and University-Wide Committees, and the education of the undergraduate student body in matters pertaining to Penn Student Government (PSG).
