- Academic Excellence - To fully achieve the goals of this Society, we will work toward a model of academic improvement on EVERY level of membership. With academic success and retention as our objectives; we will develop new initiatives and enhance our existing programs to improve our members' academic reporting, performance, and recognition.
- Pipeline Development - Understanding that the future is our responsibility; we will work toward developing a more concrete method by which to positively impact our communities. We will look to further expand and support targeted programs like SEEK, and engage our chapters in a grassroots approach to assure that we are positively affecting every level of our members, from our NSBE Jr. to our Alumni.
