I’m a fifth year doctorate student of cultural anthropology. My research focuses on the bi-lingual education and the social interactions of Chinese minorities in north-western China. I’ve always been interested in learning about cultural diversities and human interactions. I’m very excited to be a part of PAAGSA and co-chair public relations. I’ll be devoted to representing our Pan-Asian American graduate community at Penn and also to raising a voice for all marginalized students from minority backgrounds. There is one more fun fact about me that despite of Chinese and English, I also speak Esperanto! It is an “artificial” language that only cool people speak.
