Scholarship Opportunities
These awards will be limited. Two types of awards will be made available, on a limited basis:
Full Tuition Awards - based on ability and financial need.
Matching Awards – a limited number of awards (upwards of half-tuition in matching credit) will be given to students whose band booster, community organizations, or schools award the student money to attend the Summer Music Camp.
Application deadline is April 1st, 2012. Awardees will be notified by May 1st, 2012.
Your application should consist of:
a) An audition tape – 32 bars of from a piece of your choice which best demonstrates your talents. Please write your name, the name of the work being performed, and the date on the cover to the audio tape.
b) The application, linked below
c) If you wish to be considered for a Matching Award, have your sponsor (Band Booster Organization, Community Organization, or School) forward a letter to the address below stating their support of your application and their promise for matching tuition credit.
