Brendan, also known by his wonderful initials BJ, joins PennYo from the cold, barren northland that some people call Canada. He started singing pretty much as soon as he could talk and has been involved in music (mainly theater) for almost his entire life. In high school, thanks to the unrelenting fobiness one is exposed to while living in Vancouver (aka Hongcouver, the city for Asians who don't live in Asia), Brendan finally discovered C-Pop and J-Pop and has been listening to it ever since. He still however retains a fondness for his more traditional roots, best demonstrated by his worship of Frank Sinatra.
In any event, after living in an igloo for the first 18 years of his life, Brendan finally escaped to the warmer (and scarier) lands of West Philly. After spending most of freshman year living in a dark cave of a dorm, eating this city's horribly disappointing Asian cuisine and just generally wondering where all the Chinese people went, Brendan finally was exposed to the glorious sounds of PennYo. Now a full-fledged member of PennYo, Brendan hopes he can use his experiences to help this great group.
