Hailing from that warm, sunny, tropical island known as Singapore, Grace Tay is a sophomore in the School of Engineering at UPenn and is majoring in Electrical Engineering. She started singing when she joined the choir in high school and has not stopped since. Grace fell in love with a cappella when she watched a beatboxer perform. She lists her favourite groups as Neri Per Caso, m-pact and Rajaton.
