It all began on a chilly January afternoon in 1988, when a little Asian woman delivered a premature baby after partying too hard on New Years Eve. Fast forward a few years. Little nearsighted Mary Louise, a fan of the outdoors and flowers and green, loves rolling in grass and swinging in trees- until she realizes that she’s allergic and gets strange rashes. Fast forward a little more, and we’ve got an unproductive book bum who loves the internetz and Japanese comics. These days, you may be able to spot MaryL lazing around on a hammock, laying on a rooftop at 3 in the morning to catch some meteors, singing in a stairwell, or going off on a crazy adventure. And if you really want to make her happy, send her postcards from everywhere. She’ll like that.
