Board meeting dates: Meeting #2: 9/13/2003, Sat. Meeting #3: 12/6/2003, Sat. Meeting #4: 3/13/2004, Sat. Meeting places Meetings alternate between TianFuGe and Penn Office. Board Rule regarding meeting requirement In addition to the current rule of "out if one time absent without prior notice or explanation afterwards", a board member shall attend at least 2 (two) board meetings in person during his/her term. Board Rule -- New Board members after annual election For new board members to be admitted into the board after the annual meeting, there shall be 2 current board members serving as sponsors, and sponsors shall submit c.v. and a brief statement of the new board member to the board for consideration and discussion.
