CHOREOGRAPHERThe position is a fun and adventurous position. You are responsible for working with the music director as well as the director in deciding what type of dance numbers or movement would be best depending on what we are trying to show in that scene and how it relates to the show. The choreographer makes up the dance numbers and often will first consult with the actors singing that particular number to see if they have any ideas on what they would like to do. You are responsible for either attending every rehersal or scheduling certain nights or certain times to work with the cast and music director. Its a fun position and we have had all sorts of dance styles from jazz, ballet, tap, hip-hop, and acrobatics in the past.
