Community Workshop Manager creates, writes, and teaches the workshop at the elementary schools (some of which happen to be hours away....) Their work starts once the show ends. They get together with the director and the cast to gather ideas, then they meet with their community staff to write and plan the pre-show. They schedule when and which people will go, and arrange for transportation and other things. They work very closely with the community workshop producer.
