The University of Pennsylvania Women's Club Ice Hockey team is comprised of undergraduate and graduate students at Penn. The team plays from September to February, with practices twice a week and eight to ten games each semester. Practices and home games are held at Penn's Class of 1923 ice rink. The team is a member of the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference, an ACHA Division III league, and competes within the DVCHC's Division I league. In the 2008-2009 season, Penn's team was one of the four teams selected to compete in the ACHA Women's Championships.
