Off-campus Housing
- Finish necessary documentation, get keys from realtor/landlord
- Setup PECO electricity connection online or call (1-800-494-4000)
- Setup PGW gas connection online
- Choose Comcast (Xfinity) or choose Verizon for internet connection
Transport (requires Penn card)
- Penn shuttle - Penn Shuttles provide "to door" transportation to and from campus to West Philadelphia, Center City and Powelton Village within Penn Transit's service area every day of the week between 6 pm and 7 am.
- Penn bus - Penn Bus East and Penn Bus West are evening bus services that operate on fixed schedules along established routes.
- PAT - Penn Accessible Transit (PAT) provides transportation within Penn Transit's service area for members of the Penn Community with disabilities.
- LUCY - Which is operated by Septa and free for UPenn students.
- Penn Rides on Request is a free app available on iOS AppStore and Google PlayStore which provides free on-call shuttle services to and from your home and Penn/ your friends home
