A limited number of spaces are available for veterinary students to stay with Penn Vet students who volunteer their apartments. Please select this option at registration if you are interested. If we are able to place you we will email your housing assignment to you after registration and your host will contact you as soon as possible.

We understand that many Symposium participants will be traveling a great distance to attend. University City has many hotels to accommodate you. Our recommendations are:

The Inn at Penn
Sheraton Philadelphia University City

For an extended list of hotels visit Hotels Rates (Hotels near the University of Pennsylvania).

A note on PARKING in Philadelphia

  • Street-parking near the vet school is limited. Many streets are restricted to 2-hour parking only (without a special pass). Please park carefully as we do not want you to accumulate parking violations.
  • The University of Pennsylvania offers some VISITOR PARKING options (with hourly rates).
  • Please contact your hotel or host directly to ask more about parking.
  • Please visit Penn Parking for more parking info and map.
