|| Pia Figuerola, President
Major: Economics Political, 2014
Pia Figuerola is a senior in the college studying economics and political science. Although she was raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, she now calls Potomac, MD her home. A member since freshman year, she has watched UES grow. She is also a peer mentor in the Econ 001 program GREAT and a peer advisor for the economics major, so she has focused her time on helping econ students get access to whatever resources they might need.

Major: Economics and Political Science, minor in International Development, 2015
Aish is senior from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia majoring in Economics and Political Science, and minoring in International Development in the College. She joined the UES in her freshman year and has watched it grow over the years, becoming a bigger and better resource to all those interested in Economics here at Penn. She served as Marketing Director last year, and is now co-president.

Ashok is a Sophmore in SEAS from Wichita, Kansas. In addition to Economics, Ashok is a Bon Appetit student rep and enjoys pickup basketball.

Major: Economics and Cognitive Science.
Alex is a junior in the College pursuing a degree in Economics and Cognitive Science. He is from Armonk, New York, a suburb of New York City. In addition to UES, Alex is on the board of the Wharton Hedge Fund Club and the Student Entrepreneurship Network. In his free time, Alex enjoys watching old movies, playing the guitar, and learning about Psychology. He can often be found playing tennis or pickup basketball.

Major: economics and math minor
Sheryl, from Plano, TX, is an economics major and math minor in the class of 2016. She enjoys playing the piano, traveling, hiking at national parks, and learning more about East Asian languages and culture. Sheryl is also involved in UPenn Student Federal Credit Union, University Scholar, CURF UAB, Penn Reading Initiative, and The Tutoring Center.

Major: Economics and Computer Science
From California, Sonia is a sophmmore pursuing dual degrees in economics at Wharton and computer science at the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. She joined the UES in freshman year and has been involved in it since. Very excited to work with other students interested in economics, she hopes to continue to be part of the UES to develop great resources on campus.

Major: Economics and minor Computer Science
Brad Lowenstein is majoring in economics with a minor in computer science. Originally from Westchester, NY he is an avid Jets fan. Brad plays club lacrosse and enjoys skiing in my free time. Brad is also Business Manager for the UPenn Undergraduate Law Journal. He is currently studying abroad in London for the fall semester.

Major: Mathematical Economics
JoonYup Park from Seattle, Washington is currently a Junior in the College majoring in mathematical economics. His interest in economics expands to development economics, econometrics, and welfare economics. He wishes to continue on with his study into graduate schools. He is willing to help and serve as a resource to any Penn students majoring in economics--especially to those who are interested in attending graduate school

Peter is freshman a from Malaysia majoring in Economics. He enjoy studying economics and hopes to share his love of economics with others through UES. HE IS also involved in Malaysia at Penn, Penn Enactus and Penn Veritas, and is a huge Liverpool and LA Lakers fan.

Major: Economics and minor Computer Science
Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA, Alex moved up north to attend the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a freshman (or sophomore if it is referring to next year?) and is interested in economic development, international relations, and policy. During his free time, he enjoys watching films, attending concerts, and taking naps. He loves to travel and try new foods. On campus, he is also involved in the IAA and is a member of the Tau Epsilon Phi fraternity. He is very excited for an amazing year with UES!
